The Guest Series with Marie-Victorine Manoa

Our next Guest Series dinners will be on Wednesday 7th and Thursday 8th June, and we're really excited to have French chef Marie-Victorine Manoa joining us. Marie-Victorine has breathed new life and energy into Alain Ducasse’s Aux Lyonnais, a classic Lyonnais bistro in the heart of Paris, since taking over as head chef in 2021.

Marie-Victorine was born and raised in Lyon, where she spent her childhood helping at her father’s famed bouchon, Le Mercière. She then worked at the famed Paul Bocuse Institute, before travelling the globe to widen her repertoire, undertaking stages at Noma in Copenhagen, Alex Atala’s D.O.M. in São Paulo, and Eleven Madison Park in New York.

Missing home, she returned to France where she became head chef at brasseries in Reims and Lyon before having the opportunity to take over the kitchen at the famed bouchon of Alain Ducasse - Aux Lyonnais.

Marie-Victorine’s menu with us will reflect her hearty cooking there, focussing on Lyonnaise specialties and some more traditional French recipes. We’ll be serving her boudin noir, grenouilles persillade, langoustines quenelles with courgette blossom, and crêpes Suzette.

The Guest Series with Marie-Victorine Manoa, in collaboration with The Macallan, and with support from Natoora, will take place at Lyle's on Wednesday 7th and Thursday 8th June. Tickets are priced at £95, with an accompanying wine pairing at £69, and are available to book now via the link below.
