We are thrilled to have Daniela Soto-Innes back with us at Lyle’s for the first time since 2016 - marking the final Guest Series event in our latest run in collaboration with The Macallan
A defining chef of contemporary Mexican cuisine, former World’s 50 Best Chef of the Year, and recipient of the James Beard ‘Rising Star’ Award, Daniela’s career has been dazzling from the start.
Following the incredible success of Cosme and Atla in New York, Daniela has recently moved back to Nayarit to open Rubra, focussing on the tropical gastronomy of the Mexican Pacific.
Her menu at Lyle’s follows suit: 10 courses of diverse, coastal Mexican cuisine studded with British springtime favourites - Nettle Chilpachole & Smoked Mussels, Razor Clam Chicharron, Chard Tamal, Sea Urchin, and a Lamb Belly & Rhubarb Taco, to name a few.
The menu is £139pp, including a welcome cocktail from The Macallan - 12 Year Old Double Cask with hibiscus and pineapple. A wine pairing will also be available on the night.
