On The Menu: Summer Fruits from Maynards

Once a week, a handful of chefs from our kitchen drive to East Sussex to visit our favourite pick-your-own family farm, Maynards. We’ve been picking the most gorgeous tayberries, loganberries, gooseberries and morello cherries.

You can find the produce all through our menu with dishes like homemade blood pudding with cherries, or sea trout with unripe fermented blackcurrants or grilled quail with redcurrant juice as well as in our desserts.
